1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements if the book is:

• Torn (ছেঁড়া)

• Damaged during delivery

• Incorrect item delivered

• Missing pages or printing defects

2. Return Request Time

• You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Proof Required

To process a return, you must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect book

4. Refund Options

Approved returns may receive:

• Replacement copy (preferred), or

• Full refund to original payment method, or

• Store credit (if applicable)

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

• Damage occurred after use

• The issue was not reported within 48 hours

• The product was ordered by mistake

6. Return Shipping

• If the mistake is ours, we will cover return shipping.

• If the return is due to customer error, return shipping costs may apply.

7. Refund Processing Time
